Automatic Bagging Packing and Palletizing Line

Introduction

DCS-50 automatic packaging line is developed on the basis of international and domestic advanced technology of packaging machines. It can be used for packaging of bags with various materials, particularly for woven bags without plastic coating. The packaging lines have been well received in Thailand SIAM Company, one of the largest rice processing factories in the world. The packaging line is composed if automatic quantative packaging machine, automatic packaging machine, mesh-belt conveyor, bag feeding machine, reversing bag flattener and control system, etc.

A whole set of processing procedures including materials transmission, weighing, filling, packaging, bag flattening, sealing , sewing and conveying can be finished by the machines. Our machines can be made to order and designed according to customer’s requirement.

Details

1.Bag supplying device：It works with single or dual bag supplying stations for supplying bags. Each bag store can hold 200 pieces of bags per time, switching by the two parallel cylinders.

2.Bag placing device：Double bag manipulator arms, bionic structure, original design, patented technology, can apply several kinds of bags.

3.Bag mouth clamping and moving device: After material fills near to the discharging outlet, the bag moving vehicle that specially processed for clamping the bag top, clipped to the flexible guide-in device, connected with sealing system, then it entering the sealing drive chains, ensuring that the bag into a shape and guarantee the bag to be controlled for the whole process.
